American Family’s rates are closest to the national average. Liberty Mutual and Allstate have the highest rates of the top 10 insurers, but they offer perks that keep their customers satisfied and loyal.

When comparing auto insurance companies, consumers should pay close attention to customer satisfaction ratings. shared that only Farmers and USAA had an above-average claims satisfaction rate among the top 10 companies. Liberty Mutual had the lowest score, below average. The rest of the top 10 ranked in the middle range.
