By Shawn Rice (July 11, 2022, 6:59 p.m. EDT) – Business owners who say they suffered civil unrest losses stemming from the killing of George Floyd by a police officer in a nationally publicized incident are looking to the courts for compensation from their insurers, raising a potentially “tricky” coverage issue, experts tell Law360.
