In 2000, Adam Kutinsky Graduated from Wayne State School of Lawpassed the bar exam and accepted an associate position with a Michigan law office.

In ten years, he rose through the ranks to become the insurance coverage practice leader at one of the largest defense testing companies in the Midwest. While running the company’s insurance coverage practice, he took night classes and earned Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter’s (CPCU.(R)) most prestigious underwriter designation. In 2016, he was named president of the Michigan State Bar Insurance and Indemnity Section which he held until 2017.

His experience representing insurance companies helped him realize that policyholders had limited options when they needed an experienced insurance attorney. This realization led to the formation of KUTINSKY SARLwhich exclusively represents policyholders, insured persons and other beneficiaries in disputes with insurance companies.
